1. Physical Activity & Classes

Participation in dance classes, movement sessions, Pilates, and other physical activities carries an inherent risk of injury. By signing this waiver, you confirm that:

• You are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation
• You will inform PYAANO staff of any pre-existing conditions, injuries, or limitations before class
• You understand PYAANO staff are not medical professionals and any guidance given is general in nature
• You will stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or any other concerning symptoms
• You will follow all instructions given by instructors and PYAANO staff at all times
• You participate in all physical activities entirely at your own risk

2. Events & Event Attendance

PYAANO hosts events including performances, club nights, social gatherings, and other occasions. Attending events involves risks including crowds, noise, live performances, standing environments, and lighting effects. You acknowledge that:

• You attend PYAANO events voluntarily and at your own risk
• PYAANO is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage at events except where caused by our gross negligence
• You will comply with all event-specific requirements communicated in advance (dress codes, entry conditions, event rules)
• Failure to meet event requirements may result in refused entry at PYAANO's sole discretion
• Late arrival may result in refused or restricted entry

3. Right of Refusal of Entry

PYAANO is a private members club. We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any member or guest from the venue or any event at any time, for any reason, at our sole discretion. Grounds include but are not limited to: failure to comply with venue rules, disruptive or threatening behaviour, intoxication, failure to present valid ID, or any conduct incompatible with the safety or enjoyment of others.

No refund will be owed in the event of refused entry or removal from the premises.

4. ID Requirement

You may be required to present valid government-issued photo ID (e.g. passport, UK driving licence) upon entry to the venue or any PYAANO event. Failure to produce satisfactory ID when requested may result in refused entry. No refund is owed in such circumstances.

5. Venue Conduct

You agree to conduct yourself respectfully at all times. Specifically, you agree to:

• Treat all members, guests, and staff with respect and courtesy
• Follow all reasonable instructions given by PYAANO staff
• Take care of the venue, equipment, and shared spaces
• Report any hazards, incidents, or concerns to staff immediately
• Take responsibility for your personal belongings — PYAANO accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged property

PYAANO reserves the right to revoke or suspend membership for breach of community guidelines or conduct inconsistent with PYAANO's values.

6. Photography & Media

PYAANO may photograph and/or film the venue, classes, events, and activities for promotional purposes. By attending, you:

• Consent to being photographed or recorded as part of general venue or event coverage
• Grant PYAANO permission to use your image or likeness in promotional materials and social media without further compensation
• Understand you may request removal of specific identifiable images by contacting PYAANO directly
• May opt out at a specific event by notifying staff before entry begins

7. Alcohol & Substances

Where alcohol is available, you agree to consume it responsibly and in accordance with applicable law. PYAANO reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone who appears intoxicated. The use, possession, or distribution of illegal substances on PYAANO premises is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and revocation of membership.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, you release PYAANO, its owners, staff, instructors, and affiliates from any and all liability for personal injury, illness, loss, or property damage arising from your use of the venue, participation in classes, or attendance at events — except where caused by PYAANO's gross negligence or wilful misconduct. Nothing in this waiver excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under English law.

9. General

• This waiver applies for the duration of your PYAANO membership and covers all classes, events, and venue use
• PYAANO may update this waiver; you will be asked to sign any new version
• This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales
• You confirm you are 18 years of age or older
• You have read, understood, and agree to all sections voluntarily
